April 26, 2016Our feature today is really unique! A local cabinet company, K & H Cabinets, recently made a small sample of rustic cabinets out of our Weatherboard flooring.
We are often getting asked about making cabinets out of our wood. K&H does a fantastic job! We are also in the process of getting cabinets made out of our wood for our cafe* here at Sylvan Brandt’s. Call them to get a quote today!
* Our cafe is a work in progress. We hope to one day have it open to the public, but for now it is additional show room space.
New Loft Addition
April 12, 2016We recently got these two beautiful antique lamps in our Loft.
The lights are 8″ square and 20″ high. One is made to hang from a porch ceiling and the other is a wall sconce. What a gorgeous pair! Get them now for $85 each!

January 26, 2016We hope you all survived and enjoyed Storm Jonas! We sure did. Luckily Tyler loves plowing and shoveling because it took over 7 hours to plow our office and mills out, but finally it is done.
However, I’m sure you are probably sick of hearing about snow, and probably more so, snow removal. So, without further ado, onto a customer feature!
Last week before the snowstorm we delivered this beautiful Oak island to an awesome customer in Harrisburg, PA.
They also asked us to make two matching 3/4″ shelves.

We hope that you had the greatest Christmas! This time of year is so great. Three major holidays in a row – what more could you ask for?!
We want to remind you of our holiday hours. Ever New Years we go to the cabin to unwind, relax, and focus on the year to come. Therefore we are closed a few extra days.
Lastly, thank you so much for all your love and support in 2015. We would not be able to work as a family (and run away to the cabin together) if it was not for you and your support. You mean the world to us, really.

Christmas is 3 days away! What?!

All of our Christmas trees are by donation only now. We still have a few left. All of the tree sales still benefit JRMF that helps sends kids to church camp. Read more here.

There is still time to pick up some last minute gifts. The holiday decor in the antiques loft was just marked down. We also have a bunch of great gifts that give back to others in our gift shop. Read more here.
